Return and Refund:

Our team always works hard to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-7 business days for processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding. It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer product returns/refunds

  • If this item is not suitable for you.
  • The quality is not as described or you have simply changed your mind.

Please note that items must pass quality control by the returns team before we can accept your return, provided:

  • This item has never been worn and is in original condition with all tags still attached.
  • This item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup).
  • This item will be returned to us within 14 days of delivery date.
  • The item has no scent (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or laundry detergent).
  • Receipt available.

Essentialsx reserves the right to refuse returns of merchandise that has exceeded the return period or is not in the original condition upon receipt. In this case, the package will simply be returned to the customer with an explanation and the associated shipping costs will not be borne by Essentialsx

Refunds will be processed within 4-7 business days of receipt of item.

Cash refunds will be transferred to your bank account or e-wallet.

Depending on processing time, your bank may take up to 10 business days to process a card refund. This may vary from bank to bank. Please contact your bank for more information on processing times as we are unable to make changes. Payment will be charged to the original purchaser's credit card.

Return rules also apply to exchanges. If you would like to exchange any item, please email us to let us know the part to be replaced and its replacement.

If possible we would like to know the reason for the exchange.

Each exchange is subject to a one-time shipping fee.
